Forklift Operator / General Laborer Location: New Albany, MS Pay: $15.00 per hour Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM Position Type: Full-Time Position Overview We are currently hiring a Forklift Operator / General Laborer for a full-time position in New Albany, MS. This position requires someone who is comfortable operating a forklift while also performing general labor and material-handling duties. The ideal candidate will be dependable, safety-conscious, physically capable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities Safely operate a forklift to move, load, unload, and organize materials. Perform general labor duties throughout the facility. Load and unload materials and products. Move materials between work areas as needed. Assist with production, warehouse, and material-handling tasks. Perform frequent heavy lifting and physically demanding work. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills & Qualifications Previous forklift experience is required. General labor experience is required. Ability to perform heavy lifting is required. Ability to safely operate a forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical labor throughout the shift. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team. Must be safety-conscious and dependable. Physical Requirements Must be able to perform frequent heavy lifting . Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods. Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, and maneuver materials.
