Salary Range: $17.00 - $17.00 Hourly

Job Shift: 1st Currently Hiring: General Laborer

Schedule: Tue - Sat, (5:00 AM - 2:00 PM)

Facility: Manufacturing

Join our dynamic team as a General Laborer and become a vital part of our operational success! In this energetic role, you will perform a variety of physical tasks to support construction, manufacturing, or maintenance projects. Your hands-on approach and proactive attitude will help ensure projects run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work sites by cleaning debris and organizing supplies, mainly in an outdoor mill environment
• Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and colleagues
• Help with site cleanup and waste removal (sawdust & wood fragments) to keep the workspace tidy and compliant with safety standards
• Collaborate effectively with team members to complete daily objectives efficiently and on schedule
• Operate forklift

Qualifications

• Prior experience in general labor, construction, manufacturing, or related fields is preferred but not required
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
• Strong attention to safety procedures and willingness to learn proper handling of tools and equipment
• Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work well within a team environment
• Basic understanding of workplace safety standards and practices is advantageous
