General Laborer

Location: Fords, NJ
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to join our team. This position involves working in a cold warehouse environment handling frozen meat products Candidates must be comfortable performing physical labor, lifting products, and working in refrigerated and freezer conditions throughout their shift.

Responsibilities

• 
  Handle, move, and organize frozen meat products.
• 
  Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility.
• 
  Assist with packaging, labeling, and palletizing products.
• 
  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• 
  Follow company safety procedures and food-handling guidelines.
• 
  Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
• 
  Perform other warehouse and general labor duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 
  Ability to lift and carry 40–50 pounds regularly throughout the shift.
• 
  Must be able to read and understand basic English instructions and safety guidelines.
• 
  Bilingual candidates are welcome to apply.

  Ability to work in a cold environment with frozen meat products for extended periods.
• 
  Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• 
  Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout a 10-hour shift.
• 
  Previous warehouse, production, or general labor experience is a plus but not required.

Work Environment

  Cold warehouse and freezer environment.
• 
  Exposure to frozen meat products.
• 
  Proper protective equipment will be provided.
