Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to support building maintenance operations. This role involves a variety of hands-on tasks, including general upkeep, cleaning, and exterior maintenance such as power washing. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Perform general labor tasks related to building and property maintenance
- Conduct routine cleaning and upkeep of facilities, including common areas and exterior spaces
- Operate power washing equipment to clean sidewalks, buildings, and other surfaces
- Assist with minor repairs, painting, and basic maintenance projects
- Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and materials
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow instructions from supervisors and complete tasks efficiently
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies
- Support maintenance team with additional duties as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in general labor, grounds, or facilities work is a plus
- Ability to operate or learn to operate power tools and pressure washing equipment
- Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting 50 lbs or more)
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Environment:
- Indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and use of equipment
