Starting pay rate: $18.00- $20.00/hour

Now hiring for a General Maintenance/Labor position based out of our Harrison, OH corporate office to report to various convenience store locations.

40 hour work week- 7:30am to 4:00pm Monday -Friday

We are looking for a dependable Maintenance Laborer to support the upkeep and cleanliness of our convenience store locations. This position is responsible for performing routine maintenance, minor repairs, and general labor tasks to ensure our stores remain clean, safe, and fully operational for customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance tasks, including basic repairs and routine maintenance.
• Ensure store exteriors and parking lots remain clean by painting, pressure washing, and removing debris.
• Maintain landscaping around the store, including mowing grass, trimming shrubs, and clearing walkways.
• Maintain fuel pumps, air and vacuum stations, and other exterior equipment.
• Assist in minor HVAC and refrigeration maintenance or report issues to technicians.
• Repair or replace damaged store fixtures, signage, and shelving as needed.
• Follow safety guidelines and report any potential hazards or maintenance concerns.
• Assist in store remodeling or renovation projects as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in maintenance, janitorial work, or general labor is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and maintenance procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot minor maintenance issues.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Flexibility to work weekends or evenings if necessary.

Work Environment:

• Work performed both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and carrying of heavy equipment or materials.
