Job Description

We are looking to expand our growing business.

Classification of work includes:
-Foundation Repair (crack injections, installing piers, and anchors, etc.)
-Water Management (Sump Pumps, GEO Systems, etc.)

Daily tasks required:
-Showing up on time
-Work as a team to complete job in a timely manner
-Cleaning and preparing construction sites
-Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
-Digging, backfilling, installing material
-Following instructions from supervisors

Requirements:
-Must have a valid driver's license
-Be at least 18 years of age
-Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks
-Ability to work in all weather
-Workers must be punctual and reliable
-Previous construction experience is a bonus but not required

Job Perks:
-Starting salary dependent on prior experience.
-Monthly bonus system adds another $1.00 - $3.00 per hour dependent on monthly crew production
-90 day review typically follows an increase in pay pending good performance

Compensation: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
