We are currently looking for General Labor Workers to join our team!
As a Production Labor Worker you’ll help produce and package Nature’s Path products as part of a team that looks out for quality, safety, and one another. You don’t need to arrive knowing every role. We’re looking for dependable people who are ready to learn. Come make good food with good people!
Day Shift Hours: 5:50AM-6:00PM on a Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule
Night Shift Hours: 5:50PM-6:00AM on a Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule
Pay rate: $20.32 (plus $1.50 per hour for night shift premium)
A Taste of the Job:
- Help across the production line, including packaging, filling, palletizing, handling totes, and other general production tasks.
- Check products, packaging materials, and date codes to help ensure everything meets our quality standards.
- Label work-in-progress totes and complete basic production or quality records.
- Help with product transfers, inventory counts, line cleanup, and sanitation.
- Follow food safety and Good Manufacturing Practices, keep your work area clean, and speak up about safety or quality concerns.
Path for Success:
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Must have strong attention to detail, work well as part of a team and be flexible to help where needed.
- Able to lift 25-50 pounds as the job requires.
- Able to stand for a 12-hour shift
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required; will train on the job
- Reliability, a willingness to learn, and a team-first attitude.
- The ability to follow instructions and pay attention to details.
- Availability for your assigned rotating schedule, including weekends.
- Basic math skills and reading comprehension.
