Work Monday-Friday, with flexible daytime hours (typically 7:00am-3:00pm, but start times vary). Enjoy autonomy with support, spending over 50% of your time outdoors in the fresh air, working solo or in pairs. Perfect for filling resume gaps or transitioning from construction, warehouse, hospitality, or retail roles.

Typical Schedule Mon-Fri, daytime hours (7:00am-3:00pm, with early starts as needed, e.g., 5:00am)
Pay $15.00-$20.00/hr (guaranteed $15/hr minimum, average earners hit $20+/hr with commissions, tips, and bonuses)

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

We are looking for courteous, self- motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail. We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver’s license to be considered for employment.
