Abacus Staffing is currently hiring General Labor Associates for one of our trusted national partners in the Litchfield Park, AZ area.

Position Details

Job Title: General Labor Associate

Location: Litchfield Park, AZ

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Overtime: Mandatory as needed

Pay Rate: $16.50/hour

Pay Schedule: Weekly Pay

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Stack, arrange, and secure products onto pallets for storage or shipment.
• Follow palletizing patterns and customer-specific requirements.
• Inspect products for damage, defects, or quality issues before palletizing.
• Wrap, label, and prepare pallets for shipping.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy standards.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely (training provided if applicable).
• Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding workflow and inventory needs.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
