Job Summary

Effectively move and dispose materials (trash and recyclables) on Production Floor within Maker's Pride facilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Ability to use electric pallet jack
• Recyclables movement
• Separation of recycled materials
• Compactor Operation
• Trash movement and disposal
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and free of debris production floor
• Other duties may be assigned.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. A high school diploma or GED certification and be at least 18 years of age, required. Work Environment

• This is a manufacturing environment and there will be an exposure to a variety of machines, noise levels, and varying temperatures.
• This is a team environment; all employees must be able to work together and communicate in a respectful and professional manner.
• Must be able to work necessary overtime based on staffing needs and customer demand, as well as across shifts.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and work with your hands throughout the duration of the shift.
• Ability to lift at least 25lbs.
• Depending on which location, our environments can be very cold or very warm.

Starting Pay: $19.00/hr., a shift differential is offered for 2nd shift opportunities. We offer a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees including health, dental, registered pension plan, and wellness benefits after qualifying period.
