General Laborer – Industrial Manufacturing

Shift: 1st Shift

Pay: $16.00

About the Role:

We’re looking for dependable and hardworking individuals to join our industrial manufacturing team as General Laborers. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active throughout the day, and contributing to a team that values quality and reliability.

As a General Laborer, you’ll perform a variety of tasks under the direction of management or experienced team members. You’ll help maintain a clean and organized workspace, assist in keeping equipment and tools in good condition, and support production to ensure work orders are completed on time.

Responsibilities:

• Assist production team with daily operations and meeting deadlines
• Keep work areas, tools, and equipment clean and organized
• Follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Support crew members as needed in various departments
• Perform general maintenance or organizing tasks as assigned

Skills & Requirements:

• Able to stand, walk, and move around the production floor for up to 8 hours per shift
• Comfortable bending, reaching, and moving between workstations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
• Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in quality work
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn

Experience:

• Previous manufacturing or general labor experience preferred, but not required — we’re happy to train the right person!
