Driver / Customer Service – Finish the Year Strong

Full-Time & Part-Time | Silicon Valley | Paid Training

This isn't your typical driving or general labor job. You'll spend your day on the road with a teammate, helping customers, solving problems, providing estimates, and completing hands-on removal jobs throughout Silicon Valley. If you like staying busy, talking to people, and seeing the results of your work at the end of every shift, you could be a great addition to our crew.

What Happens on a Typical Shift?:

• You'll team up with another crew member, get your route, and head out to appointments at homes and businesses.
• Drive a company truck between scheduled customer stops
• Talk with customers and understand what they need
• Explain our service and provide upfront pricing
• Deliver a positive customer experience from arrival through completion
• Remove and load furniture, appliances, and other unwanted items
• Safely handle items weighing 75+ lbs
• Find opportunities to donate or recycle usable materials
• Communicate with the operations team to keep the day moving efficiently

Requirements:

• 21 years of age or older
• Licensed to drive in California with a clean 3-year driving history
• Comfortable working an active, physical job
• Confident communicating with different types of customers
• Reliable and willing to learn
• Available for at least one weekend day
• Able to use a smartphone for required company apps
