Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Concession Arena Workers to join our team. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service while preparing and serving food and beverages including alcholic beverages at arena concession stands during sporting events, tournaments, and special events.

Also looking for reliable and energetic Concession Runner/Stocker to support concession operations during arena events.

Weekends and weeknights availability $18.18 hr

Job Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Prepare and serve food, snacks, and beverages.
• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly in accordance with Smart Serve regulations and company policies.Verify customer age and identification when serving alcohol.
• Operate cash registers and process cash, debit, and credit card transactions accurately.
• Restock food, beverage, and concession supplies as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members during high-volume events

Qualifications

• Valid Smart Serve Certification is required.
• Previous customer service, food service, or cash handling experience is an asset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs (11 kg).
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Food Handler Certification is an asset.

Education

The pay range for this position is $18.00-$18.18 hr.
