Aruma commercial cleaning services conduct all areas of cleaning such as office cleaning, window cleaning and external cleaning for any facility from office to retail. We can help maintain a clean business and retail environment for you and your customers. Our team and staff are professional, experienced, reliable, and trustworthy.

We provide options from one-offspring cleaning, through to maintaining the cleanliness of your business on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate Gardens and Grounds Maintenance Team Member to join our team in Bayswater! You’ll be responsible for maintaining gardens and lawns at residential and commercial sites. If you bring the right attitude, we’ll provide the training you need to succeed.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 7 am to 3 pm and travel is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform all aspects of gardening, lawn care, and grounds maintenance.
  • Support the Team Leader in fostering a positive, values-driven team culture.
  • Assist supported employees in building skills and reaching their employment goals.
  • Complete tasks as directed by Team Leaders.
  • Bring a positive, can-do attitude to every job.

What We’re Looking For

  • Background in property or garden maintenance, including lawn and weed identification.
  • Familiarity with operating relevant equipment (training provided if needed).
  • Physically fit for manual handling tasks.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks within a small team.
  • Valid driver’s licence - minimum P2.
  • Confident towing a trailer.
  • Hold or be willing to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Childrens Check.
