
General Job Description:
In collaboration with other Field General Foreperson(s)/Foreperson(s) and under the supervision of the Area Superintendent, this position will be primarily responsible for the oversight of the operations and personnel management of Foreperson, Truck Foreperson, Journeypersons, and Apprentices within the hydronic trades of the assigned area or Project. Also have direct contact with our fabrication facilities.
Market Experience
Extensive market experience and technical knowledge in Semiconductor Process Piping and High-Tech Manufacturing systems. Proven experience on large-scale semiconductor, pharmaceutical, industrial, and advanced technology construction projects, including:
• Semiconductor fabrication facilities (greenfield and brownfield)
• Tool install and tool hook-up environments
• ISO Class 1–5 cleanroom construction environments
• High-tech manufacturing facilities
• Pharmaceutical and biotech facilities
• Advanced manufacturing campuses
• Data Centers
• Industrial and manufacturing facilities
• Central Utility Plants (CUPs)
• Research and development laboratories
• Chemical processing facilities
• Institutional and mission-critical facilities
Experience managing semiconductor process piping scopes ranging from $20M–$300M+, with the ability to lead field teams of 30–150+ personnel, including multiple trade groups, subcontractors, OEM vendors, and fabrication support teams simultaneously.
Strong understanding of fast-track, multi-phase semiconductor construction environments, including direct experience supporting process tool installations, cleanroom operations, subfab infrastructure, fabrication shop coordination, and prefabrication programs while maintaining strict quality, cleanliness, safety, production, and schedule requirements across all phases of construction and system turnover.

This is a non-exempt position from Monday through Friday. Work hours will generally start and end in accordance with construction industry standards and/or project needs, with a one-hour lunch break and two rest breaks. Eight hours per day is required and other occasional overtime may be necessary for business needs
