Job Description

Position: General Director in Real Estate Commercial

Location: Ho Chi Minh

We're seeking an experienced General Director to lead a top real estate trading floor in Vietnam. In this role, you'll shape the company's future direction, overseeing business strategy, P&L, team management, and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete P&L management of the company.
  • Formulate and execute growth strategies to meet ambitious objectives.
  • Drive initiatives in sales, marketing, and customer experience.
  • Lead and nurture a high-performing team within the real estate trading floor.
  • Manage negotiations and finalize complex real estate transactions.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
  • Keep abreast of market trends to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years in senior positions at leading real estate developers or trading floors in the Vietnamese market.
  • Demonstrated success in team leadership and achieving results in the real estate industry.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Vietnam real estate landscape.
  • Proficiency in both Vietnamese and English.
