General Dentist | Private Practice | $700/Day Guarantee + Mentorship

Salary & Compensation

• Daily Guarantee: $700/day guaranteed for the first 6 months, OR 33% of collections—whichever is greater.
• Retention Bonus: $20,000 total sign-on/retention bonus (Structured as $5K at signing, $5K at 90 days, $5K at 12 months, and $5K at 24 months).
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $2,500 reimbursement against receipts.
• Continuing Education: $1,500/year CE stipend.

We are an established, growing multi-location private practice in Western New York. We are currently expanding our team and seeking a passionate General Dentist for our office. What We Are Looking For

• Active New York State Dental License (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Current DEA registration and ACLS certification.
• New graduates are highly welcome! We specifically built our 6-month guarantee extension and mentorship framework to help new doctors confidently transition into high-production clinical environments.
