About the Role

As a General Dentist in the private healthcare sector at SearchPlus HR, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a broad range of dental conditions, providing personalized treatment plans, and performing routine and advanced dental procedures. You will engage with patients to promote oral health awareness and deliver exceptional dental services in a professional, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage dental conditions, including cavities, periodontal disease, and occlusal issues
• Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, and bridges
• Conduct comprehensive oral examinations and develop tailored treatment plans focused on patient needs
• Educate patients about oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options specific to private healthcare settings
• Ensure the maintenance of high standards of infection control and patient safety
• Keep accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with private practice regulations
• Collaborate with other dental specialists and staff to provide an integrated approach to patient care
• Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in private dentistry and relevant technologies

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
• Valid license to practice dentistry in the relevant private healthcare jurisdiction
• Previous experience working in the private healthcare or private dental sector preferred
• Strong clinical skills in general dentistry with proficiency in routine and advanced procedures
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for patient education and consultation
• Detail-oriented with the ability to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with industry advancements
