General Dentist – Full-Time Role with Loan Repayment | Mankato, MN
A mission-driven health center in Mankato, Minnesota is seeking a General Dentist to join its growing dental team. This is a full-time opportunity offering a steady patient flow, excellent support staff, and meaningful impact in a well-established, community-focused practice.
New graduates are welcome to apply—this position offers mentorship within a highly collaborative, multi-provider environment. The clinic has been serving the region for over 25 years, with a dedicated dental division operating for the past decade.
– Location: Mankato, MN
– Schedule: Monday–Friday, clinic hours 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
– Full-time, 40 hours/week – no weekends
– Team: Approximately 8 Dentists, 12 Assistants, and 9 Hygienists
– Facility: 17 operatories
– Patient volume: Expected to see 2,800+ patients annually
Compensation & Benefits
– Salary range: $145,000–$215,000 depending on experience
– Eligible for student loan repayment
– Medical, dental, LTD/STD, and life insurance
– Retirement plan
– CME: $2,000 annually + 40 hours of CME time
– Relocation assistance available
– 160 hours of PTO annually
– Paid holidays
