Pediatric or General Dentist – Lexington, SC

A dental practice in the Lexington area is seeking a full-time Pediatric Dentist or General Dentist to join its clinical team. This opportunity is ideal for a provider who enjoys working with children and adolescents while delivering high-quality care in a supportive and well-organized practice environment.

The office provides a consistent patient flow, modern dental technology, and a knowledgeable support team that helps ensure smooth daily operations. Providers are able to focus on patient care, build strong relationships with families, and practice dentistry in a collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental services for pediatric and adolescent patients
• Perform preventive and restorative procedures such as exams, cleanings, fillings, and routine treatments
• Diagnose oral health conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Educate patients and families about oral hygiene and recommended care
• Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to support efficient patient care
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation
• Uphold professional, ethical, and patient-centered standards of care

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program
• Eligibility for dental licensure in the state of South Carolina
• Experience working with pediatric or adolescent patients preferred
• Comfortable performing routine preventive and restorative procedures
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team-oriented environment
• Commitment to delivering high-quality dental care and positive patient experiences
