$800–$1,500 per day

Burlington Family Dentistry is looking for a part-time General Dentist to join our established practice in Burlington, Washington.

This is a strong opportunity for a dentist who wants a consistent two-day schedule, meaningful earning potential, and the chance to practice comprehensive dentistry without committing to a traditional full-time week.

Pay and Schedule

• $800–$1,500 per day

• Compensation includes a daily guarantee plus percentage of collections

• Friday: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM

• Every other Saturday: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM

• Part-time schedule

Practice With Clinical Variety

Burlington Family Dentistry provides comprehensive care for patients of all ages, including family dentistry, restorative dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, periodontal therapy, root canals, oral conscious sedation, implants, crowns, bridges, dentures, fillings, and emergency care.

That gives the right dentist an opportunity to do more than limited exams and basic restorative work. You can build patient relationships, diagnose comprehensive treatment, and use a broad range of general dentistry skills.

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality general dentistry

• Diagnose and treatment plan comprehensive care

• Perform restorative and preventive procedures

• Build trust with patients through clear, confident communication

• Partner with hygiene, assistants, and front office team members

• Help patients understand treatment options and recommended care

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented patient experience

Who We're Looking For

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

• Active Washington dental license, or ability to obtain one

• Strong general dentistry skills

• Sound clinical judgment

• Clear and compassionate patient communication

• Reliable and comfortable working independently

• Team-first approach

• Interest in comprehensive patient care

Experience with extractions, endodontics, dentures, implant restorations, cosmetic dentistry, or sedation dentistry is a plus, but not required.
