About the role

We are seeking a General Dentist to join our dynamic, supportive team on the Sunshine Coast Ideal for a dentist with early career experience, you will:

• Walk into a consistently busy schedule supported by a loyal and growing patient base, giving you immediate momentum and growth opportunities.
• Practice in a sophisticated, state-of-the-art clinic with the latest technology supporting exceptional dentistry with precision, efficiency, and confidence.
• Take pride in delivering high-quality preventative care including check-ups, cleans, fillings, simple extractions, and emergency care, helping patients feel supported and educated in their oral health journey.

About You

We’re looking for a passionate, compassionate dentist committed to preventative care and clinical excellence. To succeed in this role, you will:

• Hold current AHPRA registration as a dentist.
• Have at least 2 years of clinical experience in general dentistry (including your graduate year).
• Be dedicated to delivering high-quality care and building strong, empathetic relationships with patients.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be eager to learn, open to mentoring, and motivated by professional development.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can continuously improve and make a real impact.
