About the Position

Ampla Health is seeking a dedicated Dentist to provide high-quality, comprehensive dental care to our patients. The Dentist will focus on both treatment and prevention, helping patients maintain optimal oral health through education, diagnosis, and individualized care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services, including:
• Preventive care and oral health education
• Diagnosis, treatment planning, referrals, and follow-up care
• Restorative dentistry
• Oral surgery
• Periodontics and endodontics
• Fixed and removable prosthodontics
• Make orthodontic and specialty referrals when appropriate.
• Follow established clinic protocols, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and timely patient records and documentation.
• Comply with OSHA, HIPAA, and applicable healthcare regulations.
• Maintain current knowledge of diagnostic and dental billing codes.
• Meet established quality, productivity, and contractual requirements.
• Participate in required meetings, trainings, and other organizational activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited dental school.
• Current and unrestricted dental license required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification as required.
• Strong clinical, communication, and patient education skills.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered dental care.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
