We’re looking for an experienced hands-on legal professional for our partner company to support complex operations and investment transactions on a global scale across multiple industries and functions. The Counsel will be the legal backbone of our company, ensuring our scientists can focus on innovation while being supported by the legal infrastructure.
What You’ll Do
Required qualifications
Main experience with US/UK legal frameworks.
Experience of new business’ launches support is a must.
5+ years of professional experience in contract law across various types of contracts.
Experience in corporate law, M&A, or venture capital transactions is desirable.
Strong transactional drafting and negotiation skills.
Background in VC / startup / scale-up environment as a corporate counsel.
Experience working on cross-border transactions.
Experience in a deep tech & biotech environment would be an advantage.
Preferred location: Europe.
Excellent command of English, Russian preferable.
Comfortable working remotely with international stakeholders in a fast-paced, innovation-driven setting.
