We are hiring General Construction Laborers to support active construction projects in Morgan Hill and surrounding South Bay areas. This role involves site cleanup, material handling, assisting skilled trades, and helping maintain safe and efficient job sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform jobsite cleanup and debris removal
• Assist carpenters, operators, and other trades as needed
• Load and unload construction materials
• Support demolition and site prep work
• Move materials and tools throughout the site
• Dig, shovel, and assist with basic grading tasks
• Set up and break down temporary protection or barriers
• Follow all safety procedures and supervisor direction

Requirements

• 6+ months of construction labor experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work daily
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow instructions and work on a team
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Demo, framing support, or site prep experience
• PPE-ready (boots, vest, hard hat)
