Responsibilities:

Provide Core ProductionsupportResearch images that have not transferred between EMPRS components. Receive, review, batch, distribute,retain, and dispose of mail.

Analyze, prioritize, and process record requests from members, veterans,Navyand other DOD organizations, and from third parties received electronically via BOL, email, fax; by mail, and in person walk-up window.

Determineif the record can bedisclosedunder the Privacy Act of 1974. Issue decision to the requesterDetermineif the record can be released to third parties under “Blanket Routine Uses” and the “conditions of disclosure to third parties.

Scan documents using high-speed scanners, flatbed scanners, and/or microfiche readers/scanners to include non-standard size documents such as photos, college transcripts, and/or microfiche.

Receive, review, and enter entitlement forms from the National Personnel Record Center, St. Louis, MO into tracking database, and package and mail replacement awards to the veteran or next-of-kin.

Assistwith reporting group and individual productivity.

Additionaltasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required:

- High School Diploma or equivalent and 0-3years experiencein Office Management and Clerical Support functions

-Ability to obtain Secret Clearance

Desired:

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products and online collaboration software.

Pay Range:

This posting is for a position covered by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCA). The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACI’s government contract for the work location.​

Minimum Required Hourly Wage:

$17.75
