The general cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall presentation of stadium facilities before, during, and after events. This role is essential in delivering a safe, clean, and positive experience for all guests, staff, and partners.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of restrooms, concourses, seating areas, premium spaces, locker rooms, and back-of-house areas
• Collect, remove, and properly dispose of trash and recyclables; replace liners as needed
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain all flooring surfaces
• Restock restroom and facility supplies (e.g., soap, paper towels, tissue)
• Respond promptly to spills, biohazards, and guest service requests during events
• Assist with pre-event setup and post-event breakdown/cleaning
• Operate cleaning equipment in accordance with safety guidelines
• Identify and report maintenance, safety, or sanitation concerns to supervisors
• Follow all company policies, OSHA standards, and safety procedures

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or facilities experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching
• Ability to work in indoor and outdoor conditions, including exposure to varying weather and large crowds

Work EnvironmentThis position operates in a dynamic stadium environment with large crowds, high noise levels, and varying weather conditions. Employees are expected to maintain professionalism and always adhere to safety standards.

Employment Type: Part-Time / Event-Based (Non-Exempt)
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Compensation: $20.00 per hour
