Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for upward and downward communication, ensuring timely dissemination of relevant company and departmental information.

• Responsible for handling personnel-related administrative processes within the restaurant.

• Responsible for the requisition, distribution, and cost control of food and beverages in the restaurant.

• Responsible for managing and controlling the costs of low-value consumables and fixed assets in the restaurant.

• Responsible for arranging and managing employee travel bookings.

• Responsible for processing expense reimbursements related to business travel.

• Responsible for collecting and organizing relevant operational data, developing improvement measures, and reporting findings to leadership for decision-making support.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:

• Ability to quickly learn and apply company management regulations and operational procedures.

• Proficiency in using office software and statistical tools for data management and reporting.

• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

• Language skills: Hungarian, Chinese, and English are an advantage.
