Job Description:

The primary requirement for this position will be to provide an efficient and effective cleaning service in the office ensuring a high standard of cleaning is delivered and maintained as well as assisting with other basic office tasks

Roles and Responsibilities

• Vacuuming carpets and upholstered furniture • Cleaning, dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures and fittings • Cleaning and disinfecting laundry and bathroom fixtures, replenishing supplies and reporting defective plumbing fixtures • Removing dust and dirt from ceilings, walls, overhead pipes and fixtures • Stain removal on surfaces and walls • Liaise with receptionist on the replenishment of consumables • Washing dishes and utensils • Consumables stock take • Responsible for student and guest refreshments • Clean lecture rooms • Set up coffee station and ensure that sufficient supplies are available throughout the day • Performance of miscellaneous errands and other reasonable requests
