MasterBrand – General Assembly

What You’ll Do

As an Assembly Operator, you’ll help put together and prepare our products so they’re ready to ship. Your daily work may include:

  • Packing and boxing finished parts
  • Cleaning tools and your work area
  • Using simple hand tools (staple gun, tape measure, glue gun, etc.)
  • Inspecting parts to make sure they meet quality standards
  • Working with your team to keep production safe and efficient

What We’re Looking For

  • GED or High School Diploma
  • 18 years or older
  • Able to communicate and follow instructions
  • Comfortable using basic hand tools
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude, teamwork and lean mindset
  • Must pass drug test & background check

Qualifications

Physical Requirements

  • Standing and walking throughout the shift
  • Reaching, grabbing, pushing, and lifting
  • Using hand and power tools
  • Able to lift or move up to 50 lbs.

Work Environment

  • Warehouse-style setting (not climate controlled)
  • Hot or cold temperatures depending on the season
  • Working around moving equipment
