国内初の新工場立ち上げに伴い、数十名の組織から 5 年かけて 600 人超になる工場を支える工場総務の役割。サービス拡充ため提 供サービスの企画から新規ベンダー開拓、管理まで一手に行い企画しながら導入実施をしていく要職。 2022 年中旬まではプレイングマネージャーとして実行力が求められますが、ゆくゆくは部下マネージメントも必要。 仕事のスコープは総務とファシリティマネージメントを担い、人事・環境安全衛生・セキュリティー・工場保全チームと日々連携 頂く予定。 勤務地は下妻工場（鯨工場団地内）。リモートワークも可能としつつ、勤務地への出社は業務上基本的に必要。 下妻工場の他、つくば駅近くのつくばサテライトオフィス（仮事務所）が活動拠点となる。
