General Affairs (GA) Officer
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable General Affairs (GA) Officer to join our team in the Alabang office (PH). This role requires an individual with strong administrative skills who can efficiently handle general affairs duties while also assisting with regional travel bookings during after office hours to support international colleagues in their international travels needs.
Responsibility:
Perform general administrative and office management tasks.
Handle travel bookings and coordination, especially during after office hour shifts, to accommodate international colleagues.
Ensure accuracy in documentation and administrative processes.
Assist in logistical and operational support for office needs.
Maintain records and reports as required.
Work effectively within a shift schedule and adapt to workload demands.
Desired Expertise:
Prior experience in administrative or general affairs roles preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a shift-based environment.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Familiarity with travel booking processes is an advantage.
Willingness to work night shifts and weekends as required.
Work Schedule:
On-site, Shift-based.
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 9:00 PM 6:00 AM (Next Day).
Saturday, Sunday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM.
