About the Role
BayWa r.e. Korea is looking for a General Admin to support daily office operations and administrative functions.
This role will support smooth office operations, employee working environment, and daily administrative processes in collaboration with HR and relevant departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies, office-related goods, services, and external vendors.
- Communicate with the office building management office and external service providers.
- Manage office operation services, including office access, parking, facility maintenance, and other related services.
- Handle document and goods delivery, general office communications, and visitor support.
- Manage and maintain meeting rooms, common areas, and the general office environment.
- Communicate with Local IT and BayWa Group IT and coordinate office-related IT issues.
- Manage IT equipment and company assets, including ordering, distribution, return, and inventory management.
- Support corporate vehicle administration and related documentation.
- Support onboarding and offboarding administration for employees.
- Maintain HR/Office Admin records and company documents.
- Provide administrative support to the Legal team and other relevant departments.
- Provide basic Management Support, including schedule coordination, visitor arrangements, and business trip/accommodation arrangements.
- Take responsibility for the preparation and overall operation of internal meetings, team dinners, workshops, and company events.
- Perform other general administration and office operation-related tasks as required.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher.
- Entry-level or junior-level candidate, preferably with less than 3 years of relevant experience in general administration, office administration, office management, or a similar role.
- Basic English communication skills, including email communication and day-to-day business communication.
- Proficiency in basic business tools such as MS Office, Outlook, Teams, and other office collaboration tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a foreign-invested company or multinational business environment.
- Experience in general administration, office management, HR administration, management support, or office support.
- Familiarity with IT devices, office collaboration tools, and IT asset administration.
- Experience supporting onboarding/offboarding, internal events, document administration, or government office-related administrative tasks.
