General Administration

What You'll Do:
Assist with retrieving updated documents via fax or email for insurance approvals.
Process and handle medical records requests.
Help manage overflow phone calls when staff members are on PTO.
Communicate between multiple parties in a courteous and efficient manner.
Maintain organized records and ensure timely follow-up on tasks and requests.
Who You'll Work With:
Be an integral part of a supportive administrative team, helping staff members, outside parties, and internal departments stay organized, informed, and on track.
Who We're Looking For:

Basic Office Skills:
Familiarity with standard office tasks, like using email, handling phone calls, and basic data entry.

The ability to keep track of various tasks and ensure nothing gets missed.
