Job Description


This is a remote position.


General Admin


Join a fast-growing construction/service operation during an exciting stage of rapid growth. In this role, you’ll help keep field and office workflows moving by supporting internal managers with coordination, intake, follow-up, and administrative tasks so the team can stay focused on higher-value work.


What You'll Do:


  • Handle intake from site teams when they need materials, scheduling support, or general assistance, then resolve the issue or escalate it appropriately.

  • Monitor project/unit photo updates and ensure required uploads are completed every three days.

  • Download photos or information from WhatsApp and upload them into the company’s software system.

  • Follow up with the appropriate internal team member when updates, materials, or task completion are missing.

  • Help reduce administrative workload for existing team members by taking on miscellaneous coordination and support tasks.

  • Adapt to changing responsibilities as the company continues to grow and internal processes evolve.

  • Support field and office communication around low-level operational needs.


Who You'll Work With:


Be an integral part of a growing construction/service team, working closely with internal managers, field teams, and office staff to keep daily operational needs moving smoothly and efficiently.

  • Highly Adaptable:

    Comfortable handling a variety of tasks that may change day to day.

  • Organized:

    Able to track follow-ups, photo update timelines, material requests, and task status without letting details slip.

  • Methodical:

    Consistent and reliable with recurring checks, uploads, and escalations.

  • Proactive:

    Able to notice when updates are missing, follow up without being micromanaged, and escalate issues when needed.

  • Flexible with Change:

    Comfortable with shifting processes, changing instructions, and evolving responsibilities as the company grows.

  • Location:

    Must be located in Colombia.

  • Experience:

    General work experience is required.
