General Admin


Join a fast-growing e-commerce operation managing high-volume listings across multiple online marketplaces. This role is essential to keeping product information accurate, consistent, and compliant so the business can avoid costly mistakes and disruptions. If you are highly focused, dependable, and comfortable with repetitive but important work, this is a strong opportunity to grow in e-commerce operations.


What You'll Do:


  • Upload and update product listings across marketplaces.

  • Ensure listings are filled out properly with accurate basic details.

  • Assist with creating shipments, including entering product dimensions and weights.

  • Generate and manage shipping labels based on internal instructions.

  • Perform routine checks on listings and flag anything that looks incorrect.

  • Open basic support cases when issues arise and follow up as needed.

  • Use spreadsheets to track simple data and updates.

  • Handle general administrative and operational support tasks.


Who You'll Work With:


Be an integral part of a growing e-commerce operations team focused on listing accuracy, marketplace consistency, and smooth day-to-day workflow. You will work alongside trained team members who support onboarding and help maintain efficient internal processes across multiple selling platforms.
