Join a fast-growing clean energy company focused on electric vehicle (EV) charger installations. We're looking for a highly organized and proactive team member to manage state utility rebate programs and support installation logistics for EV charging projects. If you're excited about being part of the clean energy movement and enjoy complex coordination work, this is a perfect opportunity.
What You'll Do:
Manage utility rebate applications and closeouts, ensuring all required documents are submitted accurately and on time
Track 30–40 active projects across multiple utilities, maintaining up-to-date timelines, statuses, and key details in a master spreadsheet
Upload documentation to utility portals, monitor progress, and follow up with utility contacts to resolve issues—primarily via email with occasional phone calls
Prepare contracts using templates based on project details
Onboard new projects by sending welcome emails, collecting documents, and entering project data into internal systems
Coordinate with the installations team, property managers, and inspectors to schedule necessary inspections and align timelines
Who You'll Work With:
You’ll collaborate directly with the installations department and leadership team to move EV projects from start to finish. You'll also communicate with utility providers, property managers, and inspectors to ensure rebate compliance and smooth installations. This is a role for someone who thrives in detailed, process-driven environments and wants to contribute to clean energy expansion.
