General Admin


Join a dynamic and rapidly expanding healthcare company, supporting multiple medical facilities by ensuring patient data accuracy and streamlined scheduling. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in managing admissions, coordinating doctor visits, and keeping healthcare operations running smoothly. What You'll Do:


  • Monitor the daily patient census across multiple facilities, tracking new admissions, discharges, and missed appointments, and update records to ensure accuracy.

  • Transfer patient information—such as admission records, diagnoses, medications, and consent forms—between EHR platforms (data entry).

  • Schedule eligible patients for doctor visits within company portal (ECW) based on consent status and Medicare Part B eligibility.

  • Coordinate medical device orders with internal staff, confirm shipments with suppliers, and generate UPS return labels for device returns.

  • Provide general administrative support, including posting job listings on Indeed and handling inquiries.


Who You'll Work With:


Be a key member of our supportive and collaborative healthcare operations team, working closely with admissions coordinators, scheduling staff, and medical facility partners. You’ll interact daily with internal team members and external healthcare providers to keep patient services timely and accurate.

    Comfortable learning to use EHR platforms, Google Sheets, and Excel.

  • Communication:

    Able to coordinate effectively with team members via email and provide clear updates.

  • Experience:

    Prior exposure to EHR systems and familiarity with Medicare Part B patient eligibility and consent processes preferred but not required.
