Job Description

• Assists
  FR Specialist in various tasks related to statutory engagements which ensures
  all requirements are provided timely and accurately
• Responsible
  for providing inputs to simple internal and external requirements – reports,
  flux analysis, FS reviews, Account Reconciliation presentations, etc.
• Ensures
  all assigned Balance Sheet Reconciliations are reviewed and approved timely and
  possess the required quality.
• Ensures that all reconciling items are resolved
  within the policy period.
• Assists in handling
  escalations, issues and concerns related to Financial Reporting from
  different stakeholders
• Prepares PSA Surveys, BSP
  surveys, and other reports requested from the team
• Participates in monthly
  service management reviews with key stakeholders
• Assist in facilitation
  of requests for services that are beyond the standard services
• Responsible for
  managing SLAs and relationships with other groups
• People Management and
  Development

Qualifications:

• BS Accountancy graduate, CPA preferred but
  not required
• Minimum of 4 years accounting or record to report experience with strong
  financial and accounting skills in a shared services industry or with the big 4
  auditing firms
• Experience
  in handling accounting in a headcount intensive business structure
• Understands statutory requirements - SEC and BIR
• Experience in intercompany accounting, flux reporting, variance analysis
  and complex account reconciliations
