Location: Hanoi

Responsibilities:

- Co-ordinate with VinFast's overseas accounting teams in terms of financial reporting.

- Lead a team to perform accounting and bookeeping works following local accounting gap, USGAAP and IFRS.

- Record transactions of expenses, payable...accurately, completely and timely as assigned.

- Co-ordinate with VinFast's accountant in terms of related party reconciliation.

- In-charge of accounting works for payables, fixed assets and revenue, etc.

- Support to build and implement SOX processes for overseas markets.


Requirements


Education:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related fields.

Experience:

  • At least 7 years of experience in accounting, auditing with 2 years in the role of a team leader/ manager.

  • Prefer candidates with experience in manufacturing companies, large corporations, using SAP system, or Big4.


Knowledge & Skills:


  • Good understanding of accounting rules and VAS, IFRS standards.

  • Good Excel skills; able to analyze and summarize data.

  • Careful, honest, responsible, able to work independently and in a team.

Language:

  • Good English communication skills.
