Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Responsible
  for metrics reporting function for entire company's Business Services
  (BS) Finance.
• Support
  the roll out of the different initiatives that the company's BS Finance is involved in.
• Act as
  conduit between the Initiatives team and operational teams as necessary.
• Lend
  expertise in different operational matters within the company's BS Finance.
• Identify
  opportunities for improvement and be able to bring these to the proper
  channels for implementation.
• Take part
  in other non-functional initiatives affecting entire company's BS Finance as
  necessary.

Qualifications:

• Graduate
  of BS Accountancy
• Must be a
  CPA
• witth 6
  years’ experience in RTR - preferably in a shared service industry but not
  required
• And
  handled at least 2000 HCs
• Metrics
  driven/OPEX (6 Sigma) Trained.
• Proficient
  in MS Office applications like MS outlook, word, excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent
  communication and presentation skills
