TechX is an AWS Premier Partner and Anthropic’s official partner in Vietnam with a strong focus on Cloud Transformation (AWS), Data Modernization and Generative AI, and we serve clients in banking & financial services, retail, manufacturing and transportation. As XBrain grows in Da Nang, we’re looking for a General Accountant to run the full accounting function of our Da Nang entity..

Job Overview

You will be the main accountant for XBrain Da Nang. You’ll handle everything from recording accounting entries to tax filings, and you’ll report to the Chief Accountant and to the parent company, TechX.

Key Responsibilities

1. General Accounting & Ledger Posting

• Record and post all daily accounting entries accurately and on time, based on valid supporting documents.
• Maintain the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers in line with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS).

2.Accounts Receivable & Payable

• Track receivables and payables.
• Reconcile balances with customers and vendors on a regular basis.
• Follow up on overdue receivables, and propose payment schedules to vendors.

1. Tax Compliance

• Prepare and submit periodic VAT and PIT declarations.
• Prepare the annual CIT finalization (and support PIT finalization).
• Keep up with new tax regulations, and explain data to tax authorities when asked.

1. Social Insurance & Trade Union

• Prepare and submit monthly reports on increases and decreases in social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance (BHXH, BHYT, BHTN).
• Handle trade union fee reporting and contributions.

1. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare reports requested by the Chief Accountant and the parent company (TechX).
• Store accounting vouchers, records and files systematically, as the law requires.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in general accounting, with hands-on work in tax declarations (VAT, PIT, CIT) and social insurance reporting.
• Solid knowledge of Vietnamese accounting standards, tax law and social insurance regulations.
• Proficient with accounting software (Fast, MISA or similar) and Excel.
• Basic English for reading documents and working with the parent company.
• Detail-oriented, honest and responsible, and able to work independently.
• Nice-to-have: experience as the sole or main accountant of a small company or subsidiary; experience in a technology or services company.
