Position:

General Accountant

Arrow's Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) business is a global technology enablement company that brings innovative IT solutions to market to solve complex business challenges. We deliver value-added distribution, business consulting and channel enablement services to the world's leading technology manufacturers and their channel partners that serve commercial and government markets.

We are looking for General Accountant to join our team at Arrow ECS, Czechia.

• Preparation of documents for VAT processing
• Processing and calculation of Slovak travel expense reports
• Preparation of documents for Slovak VAT processing
• Posting Slovak trade invoices
• Issuing overhead invoices for the Slovak entity
• Preparation of statistics for the Slovak entity
• Backup support for processing Czech travel expense reports
• Approval of requests for vendor setup in ERP
• Cooperation during the audit
• Participation in the annual financial closing

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Secondary school or university education
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate accounting
• Knowledge of accounting and VAT legislation
• Knowledge of Slovak accounting and VAT legislation is an advantage
• Good knowledge of English language both written and spoken
• PC skills (MS Office)
• Flexibility, independence, reliability
• Ability to work in a team
