Accountants play a critical role in the success of any business. At TRG, our Accounting team ensures financial accuracy, compliance, and supports key decision-making.

We are seeking an experienced Accountant with 2–3 years of solid working experience. You will be responsible for handling a wide range of accounting activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting financial management across the organization.

K ey Responsibilities

• Receive, review and verify vendor invoices and supporting documents.

• Record invoices, accruals, and prepayments in the accounting system accurately and on time

• Process payment transactions against vendor invoices.

• Perform monthly/quarterly vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

• Process month-end closing with accurate AP balances and schedules.

• Provide documentation for internal and external audits.

• Handle vendor queries on payments and invoice status.

• Support on budgeting process and forecasting.

• Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• 2–3 years of relevant working experience in accounting (experience in F&B or service industry is an advantage).

• Having an official Chief Accountant Certificate is a strong plus.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, VAS, and tax regulations.

• Proficiency in Excel and at least one accounting software (SunSystems is a strong plus).

• Good command of both English and Vietnamese (IELTS 6.5 or equivalent is preferred).

• High integrity, ethics, accuracy, and responsibility in handling financial data.

• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.

• Friendly, cooperative, and eager to learn and grow.
