Job Description

Job Title: General Accountant

Location: District 2, Thu Duc, HCM
Salary 20,000,000 VND - 25,000,000 VND
Languages Proficient in English (Japanese is a plus)
Start Date October 2024 (as soon as possible)

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day accounting tasks, including processing sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting principles, regulations, and standards.
  • Identify and resolve financial discrepancies and issues in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and submit financial statements, reports, and budgets to management and the head office.
  • Actively participate in setting objectives for the accounting section, offering recommendations for process improvements and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support sound financial decision-making.
  • Manage and ensure compliance with all tax obligations, including PIT, VAT, and CIT.
  • Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants as needed.

Requirements

  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Chief Accountant certification preferred.
  • At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Vietnamese tax laws and regulations.
  • Strong planning and execution capabilities.
  • English fluently, prefer Japanese
