Job Description

As a GenAI Solutions Specialist reporting to a Senior Director, you will play a critical role in bringing generative AI into the heart of Nasdaq’s regulatory reporting platform, AxiomSL — both in how financial institutions use it and in how we build and maintain it.

You’ll thrive in this position if you are analytical, detail-oriented, and technically curious, with a strong ability to identify patterns, challenge assumptions, and translate complex requirements into practical solutions. This role offers direct exposure to multiple areas of the business and the opportunity to influence how professionals engage with financial regulatory reporting through AI-enabled capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Explore, prototype, and bring into production GenAI-enabled tools that improve and streamline the solution development lifecycle, including ongoing maintenance and iteration.

  • Collaborate with development teams to translate business requirements into clear, actionable specifications, using prototyping and algorithmic thinking to communicate complex logic effectively.

  • Conduct hands-on testing of new features, identify patterns in system behavior, and distinguish signal from noise to diagnose issues and improve solution quality.

  • Support the automation and scaling of quality assurance processes for established functionality.

  • Document features clearly, communicate known issues transparently, and take ownership of solutions with a strong self-starter mindset and attention to detail.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a relevant role within the financial sector or technology industry.

  • Proficiency in Python, with the ability to write and interpret complex SQL queries and work with relational databases.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, including the ability to break down complex problems, identify patterns, formulate algorithms, and challenge assumptions.

  • High level of ownership, self-starter mindset, and keen attention to detail when diagnosing issues or delivering solutions.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage clearly across technical and non-technical audiences; Master’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building or coding generative AI-powered features or workflows, including agent-based approaches.

  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and tools, including AWS (e.g., CLI, SDK) or similar environments.

  • Background in financial regulatory reporting, particularly in a client-facing or advisory role within a technology vendor.

This position is located in Wrocław, Poland, and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
