Device Hardware (DHW) is responsible for the full lifecycle of our physical devices — from early prototypes and test systems to verification, compliance, and production readiness This role puts you at the center of Demant’s GenAI transformation within hardware development.
This is a long-term transformation/strategic initiative where your solutions will scale across teams, products, and technologies.
Part of a highly motivated enablement team
You will be part of the Device Hardware department’s dedicated GenAI Enabling Team.
The team is launched as a new initiative, and your voice will matter from day one. You will help shape how we work, influence what we prioritize, and how we make the team valuable, visible, and attractive to both stakeholders and colleagues.
As Senior GenAI Solution Engineer (Hardware) you will have hands-on solution building, enablement/coaching and shaping direction.
