About this role:

Digital Data and Artificial Intelligence (DDAI) within Consumer Banking and Lending (CBL) is seeking a GenAI Interaction Lead. You will be accountable for developing conversational AI interactions based on experience design journeys, defining consistent AI behavior, tone, and trust across different AI interactions, and establishing scalable conversational and prompt frameworks to enable high‑quality delivery across GenAI initiatives.

Operating at the center of an Agile delivery team, the GenAI Interaction Lead partners closely with Product Leads, Product Owners, Experience Design, and Technology to drive delivery on agentic AI and conversational experiences.

In this role, you will:

  • Own integrated delivery across workstreams, aligning plans and timelines across Product, Technology, Risk, Experience Design, Marketing, and external partners

  • Own execution quality and delivery readiness for assigned L1/L2 GenAI features and customer flows

  • Translate Product Lead intent into clear, buildable, and testable work items

  • Write and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, functional requirements, and test scenarios / scripts

  • Participate actively in daily Scrum, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and team demos

  • Maintain Jira boards and sprint hygiene, ensuring accurate status, dependencies, and sequencing

  • Partner tightly with Experience Design and Technology teams during design, build, and iteration to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly

  • Support in‑sprint testing, UAT readiness, and defect triage to ensure features meet Definition of Done and quality expectations

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Product Owner or delivery‑focused product role in Agile or hybrid delivery environments

  • Demonstrated ability to translate product intent into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

  • Hands‑on experience maintaining backlogs, Jira boards, and sprint artifacts

  • Effective collaboration skills with designers, engineers, and product partners

  • Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality, completeness, and delivery readiness

  • Background in financial services, consumer banking, or other highly regulated industries

  • Experience delivering digital, platform, or AI‑enabled capabilities, including GenAI features

  • Familiarity with customer‑facing journeys and cross‑platform integrations

  • Comfort operating in fast‑moving, ambiguous delivery contexts with evolving requirements

  • Exposure to testing, UAT coordination, or release readiness activities

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
