As a GenAI Engineer, you’ll be part of an agile team delivering top-notch, production-ready AI apps that make a real difference for our customers and business.

We are currently looking for 3 Medior – Senior GenAI Engineers to join our team.

What are the tasks you will perform:

• ​Build scalable, reusable AI apps and components using frameworks like Langchain and Langgraph.
• ​Deploy AI models as APIs and hook them into the NN ecosystem.
• ​Team up with Data Scientists, Engineers, and Product Managers to make our ML lifecycle and assets even better.
• ​Handle CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and security for everything the squad delivers.
• ​Boost platform performance with smart caching and latency tricks.
• ​Share best practices, review code, and keep our docs in shape.
• ​Turn business needs into reusable AI solutions and show them off to stakeholders.
• ​Always be on the lookout for new tech and ways to innovate.

What we expect from you:

• ​Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• ​At least 3 years’ experience in software or DevOps engineering and ML app development.
• ​Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Strong Python, FastAPI, and async coding skills.
• ​Experience with CI/CD, app security, and performance monitoring.
• ​Know your way around the data science process (data collection, cleaning, modeling).
• ​Hands-on with agentic frameworks for LLMs (Langchain & Langgraph).
• ​You’ve built automated APIs and cloud solutions using CI/CD tools, Git, and Terraform.
• ​You can deliver complex, reusable AI solutions on your own.

• ​We work mostly from home, giving you the flexibility to choose your preferred workspace. However, as a team, we aim to meet in person at least once a week whenever possible. NN also contributes to your home office expenses every month.

How our hiring process works

First, you'll meet your potential colleagues in an initial technical interview. If both sides agree to proceed, we'll schedule a second round with your potential manager and the Product Owner.
