This is a remote position.

We are seeking an experienced
GenAI Architect
to join a fast-moving product team building next-generation AI-powered applications. You will own the design and implementation of agentic AI systems, working hands-on with the development team to bring intelligent, production-grade solutions to life.
This is a senior, hands-on architectural role. You will not just design - you will build alongside the team, shaping the technical direction of our GenAI platform. You'll work within an agile development squad, driving decisions on AI orchestration, agent design, and integration patterns.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Designing and iterating on multi-agent AI architectures using LangGraph and LangChain
Defining integration standards for MCP servers and agent communication protocols
Collaborating daily with senior and junior engineers to implement and review AI components
Advising on prompt engineering strategy, tool use design, and agent reliability
Contributing to technical documentation and architectural decision records

Requirements

Proven experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith - design, development, and production deployment
Hands-on experience implementing Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations
Experience building Agent-to-Agent (A2A) architectures and multi-agent workflows
Ability to work closely and collaboratively within a cross-functional development team
Strong communication skills - able to translate complex AI concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders
English proficiency at B2 level or above

NICE TO HAVE:

Experience with telephony and call centre application development
Familiarity with Twilio APIs and voice/AI integration patterns
Background in enterprise AI platform architecture
